For suggestions, I think the openings of the shirt and the one inside it needs some texture.

the light source is just a mass of light on the left...but any thing that sneaks to the other side is no big deal.

the light is on the left yet some areas on the right are illuminated.....its just to make it cooler .
it could be just another light srouce,also light doesn't just hit one side and fanish, it reflects
moreover what do you mean it's not a big deal, you make yourself sound like the anime expert
